2. What data we process
When you send a request through the form on sunflowerprotein.com: your name, e-mail address, phone number, company name and message, together with the date and time, the page address, your IP address and browser details (to protect the form against spam).
Site statistics (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica) are collected only if you accept cookies in the banner. You can decline, and the site works the same.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- replying to your request and sending the specification, price list and samples – your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- site statistics – your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Where the data is stored and who receives it
Requests are transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to our server hosted in the Russian Federation (REG.RU) and forwarded by e-mail to our sales team. This is a transfer of personal data outside the EU; it takes place on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR). We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
5. Retention
Request data is kept for no longer than three years after our last contact, unless the law requires otherwise. If you withdraw your consent, the data is deleted within 30 days.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, to withdraw your consent at any time and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, write to sales@greenproteins.ru.
